Wireless IoT Controller
An in-house edge controller that links field equipment to the cloud.

Overview
Collects equipment data over RS-485, contacts and analog inputs, then ships it to the cloud over LTE or Wi-Fi — with edge preprocessing and buffering so unstable sites never lose data.
Key Features
Broad field interfaces
RS-485 (Modbus RTU), digital I/O and analog inputs in one box — existing equipment becomes data without being replaced.
Edge preprocessing
Sampling, filtering and event detection run on the MCU, cutting both traffic cost and server load.
Local buffering
When the link drops, data is stored locally and resent automatically on recovery — nothing is lost in dead zones or on the move.
OTA firmware update
Firmware ships remotely, with no site visit — a large saving once many units are deployed.
Secure transport
Device authentication and an encrypted channel, designed out of our information-security practice.
Built to your requirements
Because we build the PCB and firmware ourselves, I/O, radio and protocol can be reshaped to the site.
How It Connects
01 / EQUIPMENT
Connected equipment
Machine tools, vehicles and other equipment connect over RS-485, contacts and analog inputs.
RS-485 · contacts
02 / CONTROLLER
Wireless IoT controller
An STM32/ESP32 controller collects and preprocesses status, and passes commands down to the equipment.
LTE
03 / NETWORK
LTE network
Base stations carry the link to the cloud — no leased line or on-site network work.
Backbone
04 / CLOUD
Cloud monitoring and control
Check status and issue commands remotely; they travel back down the same path to the equipment.
Sensors and equipment —RS-485/DI/AI→ the controller (MCU preprocessing, local buffer, LTE modem) —LTE/Wi-Fi→ cloud collector (time-series DB, rules engine) —HTTPS→ web and mobile. One controller serves many field devices, and local control keeps running even when the uplink fails.
